Memory Aid

Ingredients: Three black peppercorns and one teaspoon of shredless marmalade. (The marmalade is the carrier.)

Dose: To be taken daily

Preparation & Application: Crush/ grind three black peppercorns and stir into one teaspoon of marmalade. Ingest.

Storage: I make up a week's worth and store it in the fridge in a sealed container.

Serving Suggestions: Obviously, this is a palatable treat straight off the spoon but I have taken to eating it on a crumpet without butter for breakfast. Nevertheless, as the marmalade is the carrier you can crush the peppercorns and add them raw to something else you are eating, just make sure you eat them all.
