Mint

Mint, botanical name Mentha spp., is a versatile, perennial herb. There are numerous species native throughout the world and it is generally an east plant to grow.

Mint is associated with the treatment of digestive issues and it’s leaves can be dried or used fresh to make a refreshing tea. Dried leaves can be stored in an air tight container.

I use mint tea to treat bloating, trapped wind and an acidic stomach.
