Antibacterial and Cleansing Rub for Feet

Ingredients: Bicarbonate of soda, clear honey, and lemon juice.

Dose: Once a week until symptoms subside.

Preparation/ Application: Combine in equal parts to provide enough to rub sparingly onto both feet. Rinse and dry feet thoroughly after application.

Storage: Use once prepared.

In My Experience: I found it easiest to mix the honey and bicarbonate of soda first and then add the lemon juice. The lemon juice activates the ingredients and will cause the mixture to froth. One level teaspoon of all ingredients was enough for me to treat both feet. Be warned, the bicarbonate of soda is more abrasive than you might think, so don't rub your feet too vigorously, or you can make the skin sore.
