Promote Mental Focus

Ingredients: One teaspoon of root ginger (one cubic cm) and one teaspoon of clear honey.

Dose: To be taken daily

Preparation & Application: Grate or finely chop the raw ginger, mix in with the honey and ingest.

Storage: Use once prepared 

Serving Suggestions: I add this to porridge for my breakfast each day. I keep cubes of grated raw ginger in my freezer and then add them to my porridge when it is cooked. It has melted after a few seconds and can be stirred in with the honey. But you can prepare it fresh each day and add it to the meal of your choice.
